Quality with a master touch

We are a local honey farm in second generation and recently an organic and apitherapy honey farm.
When manufacturing our  honey we especially emphasize the value of a natural finish and the gentle handling of the natural ingredients.

Our bees collect their incomparable sweet-tasting honey on regional idyllic mountain meadows.

The honey bee - more than honey


The honey bee is a social bee, because this insect does optimally perform in organised community work.
It colletcts and prouduces excellent food products and natural remedies like honey, propolis, royal jelly and wax.
At the same time it dusts the wild- and common plants.

The Honeybee comes in third place of all farm animals after cow and pig


About 85% of agricultural harvests considering plant and fruit-growing depend on the pollination of honey bees.
Think about it: You can import honey, but you can't import pollination.


More than organic

  • All our wooden parts are proper manufactured
  • we suplly our timber from local forestry as well as from small local sawmills
  • We teach amateur honey farmers
  • concerning our glassware we swiched form styrifoam packaging to exologically friendly corrugated cardboard carton packaging
  • We support the local organization REAL Isarwinkel, an organization specialicing in helping mental ill people, or people with disabilitiesor special difficulties
  • We heat with lots of timber and solar power
  • We value the cooperation with local suppliers

Our history

In the 1960s my grand grand parent colonizes the first bees.
In 1976 my father assembles the honey farm
In 1995 I join the honey farm
In 2002 I pass the test becoming honey farmer assistant
In 2006 I pass addiditionally my test becoming econmic anmial master specialising in bees
In 2010 we receive the label "Organic" through process of certification
In 2014 We receive the laben "Apitherpay honey farm" trough processof certificitaion
